MILON Endüstri is a Turkey-based solutions partner engaged in supplying spare parts, critical machine components and technical equipment for industrial plastics manufacturing machinery and plastic recycling machinery.

We offer our customers technical and commercial solutions for screws and barrels, compound screw elements, shafts, gearboxes, silo scraper systems, machine mechanical parts and special equipment needed on the production line — primarily for injection, extrusion, compounding and recycling systems.

Our core activity is not limited to supplying parts. We manage the entire process as a whole: correctly identifying the need, evaluating the existing machine and operating conditions, selecting the right material and geometry, choosing the right manufacturer, and following the product through from production to delivery.

Because not every production problem requires a new machine investment. Sometimes the right screw-barrel selection, renewing a worn part, using the appropriate material, or a correct improvement made to the existing system can deliver significant gains in capacity, product quality, energy consumption and production continuity.

For this reason, we approach every project by first understanding the production process. We try to determine the most suitable solution for the application by evaluating the raw material used, process conditions, the existing machine structure, wear problems and the targeted production performance.
The services we offer are not limited to the standard product groups listed on our website. We also evaluate, on a project basis, other spare parts, custom-manufactured parts, auxiliary equipment and machine solutions needed in industrial plastics processing and recycling machinery.

We evaluate options together with our customers on matters such as new investment, modernization of an existing line, alternative equipment selection, or transitioning to a different production technology, and we contribute to developing suitable collaborations.

Our working process begins with a technical evaluation of the need. When required, we manage the preparation of technical drawings, checking existing drawings and dimensions, determining the appropriate material and production method, selecting the right manufacturer, and technically comparing alternative quotations.

After the order, we carry out production tracking; we coordinate the process from product inspections and technical documentation through to international transport, customs clearance and delivery. Ensuring the product is correctly commissioned, operates safely and efficiently, and delivers the expected performance is also part of the process for us.
